Edward Snowden has struck me for a very long time as one of the most prominent cases of stopped-clock theory. It doesn't surprise me at all that he's a coiner.
to be fair, he’s the guy who had a use case for bitcoin. unfortunately he has also taken leave of his senses because he’s technically able but can’t see it’s a plle of shit.
I’d argue the guillotine to be far more effective.
The tech is innovative but the use is criminal.
Regardless of what he did, it was a very annoying way to teach the world that there are these people called systems administrators who have all the access to everything and all the passwords besides. That was a very irritating year at work. “Yes, how did you think I was able to answer all those questions you keep asking,” and other replies to questions about access privs.
Obviously it’s a cult, but when they use this phrasing, they just give the game away.
